Sunday December 30th Ride - Hartwood

The Holiday season is over for the most part and I haven’t been riding in well over a week. I figured that we haven’t been to Hartwood Acres in a while so we should go and have a daytime ride there, because as we all know, there is no night riding allowed in the park. We will meet at Thick Bikes at 10:00 AM semi-sharp (not quite dull) and drive out from there. If you want to meet us at Hartwood I expect we will be pulling into the “School” parking lot on Middle Rd. around 11:00 AM but don’t hold me to that. We do tend to run on DORC time. See you there hopefully.

Next Wednesday (26th), any ideas?

Not sure who will be around to ride the day after christmas, but i’m off of work all week and plan to get a lot of riding in. I’m probably going to ride Frick so I don’t have to figure out how to get a ride to the ride, unless someone with a vehicle wants to go somewhere else…

Wednesday December 12th Ride - Bavington

Hurray for having a trail that is still rideable even with all the rain we have had! We aren’t sure what lot we will park at or what loop we will do yet. Meet at Thick by 6 or call Chris to arrange a meeting place at the park.

Sunday December 9th - Hartwood

There has been talk of a Hartwood Acres snow ride for Sunday and Carol suggested that we do the Punk Bike course so those are both options. She claims the entire Punk course can be done in about two hours if there is no stopping. I guess we will see who shows up and where they want to go. In any case meet at Thick Bikes around 10 AM on Sunday if you would like to join us.

Wednesday December 5th Ride - Depends

I feel much better thank you. Sorry I missed the Punk Bike. I would like to ride tonight in the snow. That will be fun. I will not see the slippery root/log/rock and I will fall down. Yay. I was thinking about going to South Park but I might also just hook up with the PORCs in Shenley if no DORCs show up at ride time. Maybe they can show me a new trail or two that I don’t know about…
