We haven’t been to North Park in a while especially during the daytime so that’s where we are headed. Meet atThick Bikes at 10 AM or don’t. It is entirely up to you. It will be a daytime ride so no light will be required. We may explore some new areas or we may not depending on who shows up.

Will it be muddy? Will it be frozen? Nobody knows. I am betting on a crunchy mess of in something in-between. Single speeds will rule the trails. Perhaps the Haul Rd. loop at Bavington would be best for this weather. Meet at Thick at 6. Don’t bring fully charged lights - bring candles.

Dave Gingrich has put together an alleycat that might be fun for the DORCs. It is an on-and-off-road course from the South Side over to Regent Sq. and it passes through Schenley and Frick Parks. Start time is 1:00 PM from the Smiling Moose bar. Check the official web page for more details including a map of the course. Starting Place has been moved to Thick Bikes!

It could either be snowy or slushy. We won’t know until we get there. Let’s try and leave at 6:00 PM sharp so get here at 5:45 or earlier especially if you need to tweak your bike. Meet at Thick before 6 or meet at the Practice Loop parking lot at 6:30 PM. Obviously lights are a good idea…
