hey, if I can get a ride home Colin i’ll camp and ride sunday with ya.
Sounds like a heapload of hurt and fun!! ?

I’d also like to know, Colin weather 2-45 min. laps starting at 6:00 is really worth carring a light at all times during the sport class race.

you could do what larry is planing on doing, bring two helmets, a water bottle and a camel back. use the light free helmet and the water bottle on your first lap and then switch to the camelback and helmet w/light for lap 2. i might do this as well…

we can bring back exactly one person with us on sunday. no one else has claimed the spot yet so if you want it speak up. i also have an extra tent and sleeping bag if anyone needs either.

It looks like the two lappers will not need any lights. Fast three lappers may not either but it would be a good idea to have them.

Damn, Colin why did you half to break your hand. I hope you are alright to go race or show tomarro or alright in general.

i’m going to need surgery. i exploded a joint in my hand and will need to get it pinned back together. no woods for 6-8 weeks, i will figure out how to set my road bike up for one handed riding though. no way am i skipping the ms ride.

  8. tree kisser Says:

Man… I’m sorry, that seriously bites. I hear ya on the MS though. Iv’e just been talking to this kid named Randy lately and he wants to start riding fridays. Of course he hasen’t but who really shows, unless they show anyway. The friday thing, like you said will probobly appeal to alot more future D.o.R.c.’s and I like the idea but try to keep the reputation a little less abusive. Not to say you weren’t having heaploads of fun, but that really sucks. We’ve all been there, some more recent than others. live fast, ride hard, heal faster.

i wasn’t riding the parts that i lead everyone down. i was screwing around on some ledge drops while i waited for everyone to be ready to go again… think i’m going to see if josh will lead the rides on mike’s off weeks in my place for now. i’ll be doing a lot of road riding though…

  10. admin Says:

so, how did the race go?

  11. tree kisser Says:

Unexpectedly, clean trails and clean fun. With the exeption of good beer. Larry was right in front of me most of the 2nd lap and I finished right behind 7th & 6th. Chris rockked his fixie and mike DNF but seemed like he loved going, it’s just an awsome experience anyway. Well F#*!ing worth going to Vultures Knob races in the furure.

The Results are up. Whoo Hoo! I got last place! Just finishing that race was a small victory.
